Privacy
Hundred is a free fitness test run by the team behind the Instagram account @fitness.facts.everyday. Short version: your test answers never leave your phone, we keep your email only if you give it to us, and you can delete it in one tap.
Your test answers
Age, height, weight, waist, push-ups, pulse and the rest are worked out in your browser and saved only on your phone (browser storage), so your results are there when you come back. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
What we do keep
| Your email | Only if you type it in: to remind you to retest after 30 days, or to tell you when a product you asked about is ready. For the vest we also keep the size we worked out and the three numbers it came from (height, chest, waist), so the first batch can be made in the right sizes. |
|---|---|
| Anonymous counts | Which pages and buttons are used (for example "reached the push-up step"), the country, phone or desktop, and which link you came from. No cookies, no answers, no name. To count a visit once per day we make a code from your IP address and browser with a key that is deleted after two days, so the same person on two days can't be linked. Counts are deleted after 400 days. |
Why, and the legal basis
Your email: your consent, which you give by typing it in and can withdraw at any time. Anonymous counts: our legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the site work.
Who handles it
Cloudflare hosts the site and the database. Once emails are switched on, Resend sends them. Neither may use the data for anything else. We never sell or share your email, and we don't use advertising trackers.
How long
Your email stays until you unsubscribe, or until we stop the product you signed up for, when we delete it.
Your rights
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that deletes your email from every list straight away. To see, correct or delete anything else, message us on Instagram at @fitness.facts.everyday. If you're in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Not medical advice
Hundred gives estimates from published population data, for interest and motivation. It is not a medical device.
